    You can try a SFC /scan now from cmd propmt, but ...

    I tend to agree with Ken. So many multiple issues, it may not be able to be repaired.

    The quickest,easist way to fix it all, will certainly be a clean install at this point.

    yea ill agree with that still tho i kina forgot the command sequence to formatting a specific partition. any help? lol

    You need to wipe the HD to overwrite any possible infected code. It would be best to move the files off externally and use this method from booted Win7 DVD Command Line: SSD - HDD Optimize for Windows Reinstallation - Windows 7 Forums.url

    If you can't move files off, then use free Partition Wizard bootable CD to wipe just the target partition with at least one set of zeroes before install. Partition Wizard.URL

    I don't believe you responded yet to where you got Win7.

    The method greg suggest will wipe the entire drive, not just a partition. If you want to save the files on the second partition, do not use that method.
