Shift-Right click in File explorer is disabled
When I shift-right click on a folder in file explorer, the context menu doesn't show up. It used to work. Right click works fine. This is on Windows 7 Ultimate logged in as admin.

I KNOW it works with millions of users! It's the normal behavior of Windows. As I mentioned, it used to work. Now it doesn't. Is there a setting for this?
I don't understand the point of telling me it works on your computer. It doesn't work on mine and I am looking for a fix. Not proof it works on other computers!
No.. I seldom use it. The only time I use it when I want to open a DOS window on a folder.
In search box left corner, type in CMD, right click and select pin to taskbar.
Let me know if you need more help.
