    seife96,
If you have a Windows Anytime Upgrade no CD is provided or needed.

If it is legit you would have an Upgrade Key included.

Should you require help upgrading let us know.

I don't think that you can use anytime upgrade to go from Vista to Win7. The upgrade media from Vista to Win7 DOES come with disks.

Anytime upgrade is for upgrading versions not releases. IE "Vista Home Premium to Vista pro" or "Win7 basic to Win7 home premium, Win7 pro, or Win7 ultimate".

Yes: Vista to Vista or Win7 to Win7.
    No: Vista to Win7

As TEWS has said "What exactly did you buy" and "where did you get it"?

    More details are needed.

Where did you buy the Anytime Upgrade?
What OS are you upgrading from?
Supply the link[s] where you are told Anytime Upgrade is no longer supported.

Where did you see that on the web page you linked? I can't see it. The package you bought will upgrade Windows 7 Starter to Windows 7 Home Premium, and nothing else. I couldn't see anything about upgrading from Vista. Sorry.
