Weird file cut & Paste problem on all PCs

I have not found this exact issue anywhere in the forums. I am having trouble cutting/copying and pasting files from one folder to another. If I try to do multiple files copied or a single file copy it does not matter it doesn't work. here is the weird part. Sometimes when I do multiple files to copy, one (1) of the files will transfer(paste), but the others won't. There are no error messages. It starts the copy,/cut & Paste process and the little window comes up and then it goes away. I have taken ownership of the files. I have done a malware bytes scan. Nothing. THis is a problem on all of my computers and they are all windows 7 Home Premium and all brand new. HHeeeellllpppp.

If you create a folder, can you copy into it? Can you delete files? Is there more than one user set up? Can you copy and paste in safe mode?

    **EDIT**
    Also run SFC /scannow
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

Also can for malware and viruses in safe mode

Hi jocubed, welcome to the forums.

I've seen similar issues with explorer as far a the manipulation of files is concerned. I did, however, manage to fix the issue I had a few months back.

If you open up explorer (in any folder) and click 'Organise' and 'Folder & Search options' you can 'Restore defaults' in the general tab, and 'reset folders' in the view tab.

    Hope it works :)

I did what Orbital Shark said and normal folder to folder copying now works (Thanks a bunch), but windows zip file to folder copy/cut and paste still has the same problem. I can delete files by the way lemur. doesn't matter if the file is new(just created) or old. I am going to try what lemur suggested next. Any more suggestions since we have narrowed the scope of the problem would be welcome.

Not sure if i'm saying this right but i don't think you can cut, copy and paste more than one file and or folder at a time.
