I have done one Config.sys with COPY CON. But it doesn´t help.

Did you download the one I just posted and save it to your root directory? You will need to unzip it.

I downloaded and unzipped it to C: but it doesn´t work. I didn´t have to overwrite files.

Config.sys only "works" or does anything at boot up. It simply sets system parameters during the booting process. If you didn't have to overwrite a file when you unzipped, it means there was no config.sys file on your root directory.
