Getting access denied error on folder

Hi, I just recently moved a folder out of a larger folder. The larger folder was part of the video library. Now when I got to the video library the folder I moved out of it is still there but now it won't let me open it or delete it. I believe it is empty because the new version is where it is supposed to be with no problems but I'd like to get the bad folder out of my video library. The error tells me that the folder is not available and Access denied. Any ideas?

This is a permissions issue but are you sure that you want to move library folders? It can cause all sorts of problems. Is there a specific reason for the move?

I think I actually fixed it, once I went into the Library properties and removed the folder from there it seems to have fixed it.

What kinds of problems can removing a folder from a library cause. I just really don't want this particular folder in my library. Thanks

Removing a folder from a library will not cause any problems, because all you're really doing is removing a "pointer" or "shortcut" to the particular folder.
