How do you delete hidden admin account in windows 7?

ok so I have enabled the hidden admin account in windows 7 and I picked up a virus...it won't let me do nothing...I have tried installing antivirus but it keeps giving me an error message that says the application I am trying to open is infected and it won't open it....

now I can log into the other account and work fine, however these accounts do no admin priviledges!

so my question is can I delete the current hidden admin acct and recreate a new one? or is there anyway around my problem, basically how I can I restore the account back to normal. Please help?

    Thanks.

I would run a virus scan from a bootable cdrom or DVD. Removing some viruses while still in Windows is like trying to treat poison ivy while walking naked through the woods. You might get some of it but it'll probably pop up somewhere else.

When you're clean, this might help:

Built-in Administrator Account - Enable or Disable

I would try booting into safe mode with networking. You may be able to install and updates a malware scanner, like MalwareBytes, and update it in safe mode. If there are any specific symptoms, like pop-ups from a certain program, you may be able to find out more about the specific virus online. I've removed many viruses by deleting certain files associated with the virus while in safe mode, then running a antivirus scan after rebooting into the normal mode.

    Welcome to SevenForums Mischa.

First, boot into safe mode and disable the built-in administrator account as given in:
Built-in Administrator Account - Enable or Disable

Now with that done, boot into safe mode with networking and download, install and run Malware Bytes. Go to the site given below and to no other. There are many evil sites with very, very similar names or the same names--one example is malwarebytes.COM. you need MalwareBytes.ORG.
