    Ribbon of folders on desktop

A friend sent me a screenshot of his desktop. he now has a ribbon of folders all up the leftside above his start button.

It has Desktop, Documents, Links, Favorites, Videos, Search....

He's probably drug something with his mouse.

    Any ideas?

It may be a dock. I have the Rocket Dock which can also be on top and can hold any shortcut.

If it is Rocket Dock, just pull it out of the dock. It will "explode".

    It's not a Rocket Dock.

That is a Vista taskbar, and it looks like those are all the user folders.

Not sure how he got them lined up like that, it's almost like a custom quick launch toolbar, but those are usually on the other end of the taskbar.
