Remember that all of the drivers you've tried are now catalogued in Device>Driver tab>Update Driver>Browse my Computer>Let Me Choose. Saves a lot of time if you have to try them again.
Seems like the problem is still there..
I turned my computer off for the night, then woke up and turned it on...the startup was super fast. Afterwards, i put the computer to sleep and when i did that, the long black screen delay came back. Now it seems to be a bit random on when it decides to boot up normally or not. Maybe my video card got faulty when i cancelled running the windows assessment? I know that supposedly puts alot of strain on the video card..
Can you try running with another video card your borrow or purchase to try, or default to onboard graphics if you have them and remove the card to see how it performs?
