I need some help with Robocopy GUI please.

    Hello all,

To save my life I could not get the Robocopy GUI to work. I have no problem using it with command line by dropping in to CMD.

Tried the GUI it reported that the job is finished as soon as I click "RUN" but nothing copied.

    Thank you kindly,
    Nid

Why not just put the command line commands in a bat file and run them like that? It's how I do my backups.

Somehow I knew people would say that LoL. I just finished moving over 700GB of images from old HDD to a new one and that took about 19 hrs LoL. Well, over the Home Network (from old NAS to new NAS).

Now, I have 1.3TB of more images to go. I guess I will fire up the laptop and let it robocopy with command line from the CMD and let it run for the next day or two. I have got to come up with a better way to do this. I have a lot of images they are 22 Megapixel and anywhere from 28MB - 35MB RAW and over 60MB each for TIFF....

    Thank you,
    Nid
