Message when I turn off the PC

After a Windows update today I noticed when I went to turn off my PC that there was some sort of Message pop up on the Desktop just before it shut Down. I was unable to read it so I did another restart and shut down and again got something that pop up on the Desktop again just as it shut down and I dont have a clue what it is , Any Ideals I know thats not allot to go on

Windows 10, Home Clean Install

Go to search and type event viewer and look for errors at shutdown.
You can even shut down again, get the time on the computer and then check event viewer. It is probably saying that some program or process is shutting down, then it does before you can read the message.

Turn off, disable "other users are logged on" message when restarting

Message on start up to turn on Action Center??
I'm not sure this is the right place to post, but, I get a message on start up to turn on action center, this was on before, I think I may have disabled it, and I don't know how to reset it. Thanks in anticipation.
