Really could do with some help

but apparently posting things in the right forums seems to stop anyone bothering to give any.

VPN Issues/DIfferences between Pro and Ultimate connection problems

3 days and not one comment or message or indeed anything what the hell is the point of a help and support forum which totally ignores users requests.

utterly disappointed with this forum and it's members what a waste of time...

I asked really nicely but after being ignored for close to 4 days without a single response and seeing threads fly by about trivial things you could say I'm a little miffed at the utter lack of help or advice.

and yes tried google which is how I came across this forum which was also recommended as being helpful and friendly, thus far I'm not feeling it on either count...

Its quite probable that no one has encountered/experienced the issues that you are describing .... as much as we try, we do not have the answers for every possible problem that arises... Im sorry that we couldn't be of more help...

Feel free to contact a mod and request a refund.

Did it ever occur to you that maybe you aren't asking a trivial little question we see on here, like "is my system x64 compatible" or "can my x86 key work with x64" that we see hundreds of times over and over again?

Now, to be helpful, something must be different between the two. I only skimmed the thread, but I didn't see you doing some of the most basic troubleshooting steps:

Have you flushed the DNS on the laptop?
Have you entered in the proper DNS servers in your VPN connection?
Are both systems using the same user account to connect?
What type of VPN software are you using...the built-in MS connection?

A much better response than I was considering.

I have asked some questions, and been flooded with answers, and another question or two that slowly faded... The worst that can happen with a forum is that you get what you pay for, the more likely is that you get some hints on how to proceed, or direct answers.
