Just wondered if anybody had any information on the differences between the US version of Windows 7 Professinal and the UK version? Can the US version be activated in the UK?

I know that a copy of Windows that you buy in Mexico can't be activated outside of Latin America, so I'm not sure if a US copy of Windows could be activated in the UK.

Yes mexico and certain other countries have restricted activation versions of windows 7.
