How can I convert a batch file (script) into .exe file in WIN7?
Without 3 party utility....

Can it be done in the OS?

Batch files cant be converted to .exe If i remember right, using a program like visual stuido you can compile C++, Visual Basic, C# into a command prompt(like) executable window but its not a batch file...
