Hello Total,

You might see if downloading and merging the Directory and folder options in the tutorial below may be able to fix this for you afterwards. It restores the default settings and associations for these.

Default File Type Associations - Restore


If not, then you can do a system restore using a restore point dated before this happened to hopefully fix it.
