If you would like it to be a "win-win" for everyone there is one more step you could take, and that would be to go up to your original post here #1.
Click on the red triangle.

When the next report page opens just type solved in the comments box, and one of the mods will put a green check mark at the beginning of your thread.

That way other members know that there was a positive result, and it may help solve their quandary.
I've noticed yowanvista has been here for a while. :)

It may take a while for the green check-mark to show, the mod will go over the thread, and if everything looks good you'll get one.

It may behoove you to read the forum rules, just to see what is possible.
Again go to the top of any page here, you'll see Quick Links, top dead center.

Click on that, when it opens, Forum Rules are first.

When you open any forum from this page https://www.sevenforums.com/ always check the stickies at the top they are very informative, and can offer direction on how to use that forum.
