Unable to delete folders....

Hi All,

I've got a directory that contains several empty folders that I'd like to delete. When I attempt to delete the folders I get the error 'Could not find this item. This is no longer located in.....' I'd ignore this problem, but some software I've got throws up an error when it scans the directory, and finds these 'phantom' folders.....

Any ideas??

Thanks,

John
