    Consider replacing your battery notification


    The "consider replacing your battery notification" has been cause of much consternation and discontent.

    I find the MS solution to be non-ideal, however, here is their official comment/explanation of this notification.

    What should I do if I receive a "Consider replacing your battery" notification?

    I read half the article before they mentioned laptop.
    I thought they were talking about CMOS or a battery backup until then.
