    Program "Changes to this computer"

What should I do with this window that keeps popping up. "Do you want the following program to make changes to this computer" If I turn it off it looks like I will be in all sorts of trouble.? LOL. Where do you guys run this notice.?

That notice usually only pops up when installing or starting open source programs or one from a software vendor that Microsoft doesn't officially approve of..IMO, kind of a despicable practice on microsoft's part to use the UAC to attempt to scare people into not using perfectly safe applications, but I would advise not turning off UAC. If you trust the program you're running and you've used it before, just allow it to run
