    Its the 'Print spool driver for 32 bit applications'. It is used by 32bit applications running on a 64bit OS for printing.

    Why do you want to replace it ?

    It is infected with malware. Where would I get a replacement file?

    You can get Windows to scan the files for errors and replace them as necessary.
    The sfc /scannow command (System File Checker) scans the integrity of all protected Windows 7 system files and replaces incorrect corrupted, changed, or damaged versions with the correct versions if possible.
