I run 2 scythe 120mm case fans, and I replaced the fan on my Zalman huge freaking cooler with a silenx. I run 15C core temps normally, maxing at 24 so far. HDD normally 26-32C, other random temps not above 28C in a 22C room, and I barely hear a whisper.

If you have a ruler with metric on it, you can measure from end to end on your original fan, along one side.

Well, no. You would have to go to a local computer/electronics shop. If you have qualms about online ordering, I've been using newegg.com for about five years now. If you tell me where you're at, I could probably help direct you to where you can get computer parts.

NEW PROBLEM: My wireless mouse has just started lagging pretty bad today. this happened to my old vista. Is it possible that its a registry problem? I have a repair disk i made about a month ago and I was wondering if that would fix it.

Easy thing to try for that is just uninstall/install the drivers for it.

There were Microsoft updates for wireless mouse released recently, try reverting back to the previous driver or repair the current driver with a re-install over current driver.

www.tigerdirect.com for hardware is good and very trustworthy, I have used them for years as well as www.newegg.com for software, but, if you don't want online then Bestbuy would be a good choice.

This is where all the heat is coming from. Is this the graphics card or power supply?

What are the low & high temps that an AMD FX 4100 CPU should run between? And please list in Fahrenheit; I don't get why everyone always talks in Celsius, we get a finer resolution of ambient temperatures when using Fahrenheit.
