    The only safe and practical thing to do would be to create user accounts for the other users. If you insist on allowing them to use your own account (NOT RECOMMENDED), you will have to give them your password.

    A third party program would be doing the same thing in the same way that Windows 7 has built in.

    Everyone I know agrees that you would still need a second account that the passwords could be generated for.
