Provide a Generateable Temporary Password for Login

Hey Everyone, I have a PC at home that is shared with several people. What I would like to do is to have a way to somehow generate and give people a temporary password that they could use to login to my account on my PC, thereby not having to disclose my password. Does anyone know of any software or something built-in to Windows 7 that would allow me to do this?

    Thanks!

Does everyone have their own account? Why do they need to get into yours?

No, I only have a single account and want to avoid creating extra accounts as far as possible, and avoid using the guest account as well :).

No, there is not a temporary password generator in windows. Why do you not want a guest account?

You can create standard accounts for each of the other users with their own passwords while you have an an Administrator account with Your own password (see link below)

Is there a 3rd party software that might be able to do this then?

Would just prefer to avoid having extra accounts :).

I'm really just trying to see if this is possible and can be done. Any help would be most appreciated :)

If the PC is yours, I would still recommend a standard account with a password for your mates, or a guest account. People mucking around in your personal account can really mess up your computer.

I haven't been able to find an algorithm that will generate a temporary password for a windows account. If you want them to have more access than a guest, I would recommend a solitary standard account, but NOT an administrative privileged account.

I completely agree. However I'd just like to know if there is a program that could do this :)

No, you would still need to set up a separate account with that, as it is geared for use by large companies with large IT infrastructures.

Also, I didn't notice, but welcome
