Can you modify aero peek?

I have Rocketdock or RKLauncher for windows 7, and as you all know, aero peek makes all windows and programs transparent so you can view your desktop.

Is there are way to prevent aero peek from hiding my docks from view when i click on aero peek?

Not sure that this is possible other than modifying the delay time for aero peek.
Have you tried the settings for rocket dock to always remain on top?

I'm going to say no, most likely not, since RocketDock is treated as just another app. I tried RocketDock out a little while ago, and got rid of it quickly. Too annoying, and didn't do anything for me that desktop shortcuts couldn't.
