Can't find iso file !-Win 7 home Prem

I am trying to find the iso file so I can make a win 7 operating system disk and I can't seem to locate the file. Can someone help me out here? And once I do find the file I will be able to burn a system disk right?

Welcome to Seven Forums :)
Your best bet would be to create a recovery disk from within Windows otherwise the best course of action is to request your vendor to provide you one ( you may be charged a small fee ).

Hope this helps and regards
