password problems

my friend uses windows 7. she reset her password and forgot it. she does not have a password reset disc. one of my friends told me to give ophcrack.com a try- it's a password cracker program. everytime i tried to download it my security system would delete it. is there any other way to get into her laptop with out reinstalling windows?

How to reset Windows 7 password

So why not create a windows password reset disk?Now,let me show you, next time when you or your friends meet this tricky problems,you can use this disk to help them,very easy and convenient.
You need to prepare:
1:A blank CD/DVD or USB flash drive
2.A computer which can link to internet
3.A program called Windows Password Key
Then let's begin
Step 1.Download and install the program from that PC
Step 2.Run the program and burn to CD/DVD OR USB flash drive
Step 3.Turn to your locked PC,insert the newly create CD or USB to your drive.Reboot the Computer and then follow the instructions,it is very easy to use.

Only One disk can reset your password numberless

need to backup a hard drive but cant log in

i need to transfer my friends hard drive to another comp(probably my laptop), so that i can reinstall windows 7 for her. she cant log in b/c she forgot her password. how do i go about doing this?
