It is set to default DPI settings 96DPI.
I changed to custome DPI but still the same.
An I have set the monitor to 60 Hertz. Resolution 1920*1080p (Native resolution of the monitor)

why that's cause at registry. and at hyperlinks and task manager didn't.

I really thank you guys for providing tons of options to get out of it.
Finally, I have nailed it as doing below
1. Updated the MB BIOS to latest version
2. Re-installed windows 7..
Its absolutley crystal clear now.. I am so happy.
