Windows 7: best ramdisk software?

best ramdisk software?

I have more than enough RAM on my machine and I have read that a virtual RAM disk may come in handy in certain situations (such as for browser cache, etc.). In the absence of the native support one needs to use a third-party program. Could anyone recommend a good one? Free would be good to try things out, but I don't mind a good paid program (as long as it does not break the bank :)). Thanks in advance.

Thanks Bill! The top rated program out of that list has a free evaluation, I will try this one first.

Using Dataram RAMdisk
Mentioned recently I swapped my hard drive for an SSD, then increased RAM to 8 GB. Installed RAMdisk (512 MB) and trying to send all the temporary files I can think of. So far sending the cache for Google Chrome and IE, also redirected TMP and TEMP folders to RAMdisk. Anything else?
