    I had same problem an hour or so ago , Only thing i did was do a hard reboot ( then a quick remount of the ISO via my Vista partition.)

    Yes, I did a disk check at reboot both yesterday and today. I had both of the boxes ticked both times, scheduled the disk check to run at start up, and then restarted my machine.

    The steps I took were identical both days... I cannot understand why the run times were so wildly divergent, but I am getting used to it.

    I've noticed that if you select to run Disk Check on a drive that Windows 7 is not installed on it runs faster depending on drive size of course. If you select the Windows 7 drive, then Disk Check will need to restart the computer to run the check at boot. This would take longer to run depending on drive size.

Hi all has anyone come across a Free or paid for Frozen Font that wasn't a browser toolbar ? when downloaded :rolleyes:
I have an advent laptop with windows 7. When I turn it on, it starts up as usual and then goes to the advent screen and then another screen which gives me the option to either "Launch startup repair (recommended)" or "Start windows normally".
