exe made with borland c++ builder 6.0

I have made a sofware (exe) using Borland c++ builder 6.0 under windows XP. It seems that the program do not run anymore under windows 7.0.
Some infos ?

Windows 7 x86/x64, Server 2008r2, Web Server 2008

I would try to run it in comparability mode....
