Pop ups lags the full screen and minimize programs/games

    Pop ups lags the full screen and minimize programs/games


    I run on non-aero windows, and i noticed if something pop-up, or i use overwolf, it lags, 100 fps went to 10, but when the pop-up disappears, it doesn't lag anymore, Aero windows does not have this pop-up lag, how can i fix it?
    Also i don't wanna go back to aero, becouse it lags my computer, and the games too
