Thanks for that - I just re-read your OP. Was it a clean install or did you perform a repair install?

Are you able to access your control panel, command window or registry editor with your current account?

I can access control panel, can use cmd, when i try to open COMMAND.com i get an error. And i can't find registry editor since the search is not working and it's not in the Windows folder.

Do you have an anti-virus or malware application installed? If yes, can you run it?
Could you also try the following?
Show hidden files and folders - explorer->tools (menu)->folder options->view->check "show hidden files, folders, and drives"-> click "ok".
Check again whether you can access the Users in your system drive.

Also in control panel, check if you can interact with User Accounts

    Keep us posted and regards

I have AntiVir, it's working now. Did a scan yesterday ( before i even get this problem ), got nothing.

Tried the "show hidden files" thing, still nothing on Users folder.
The only things it lets me do in control panel is set/change a password for current account and change the picture.

    No, I did not.
After a clean instal of windows I only installed Windows Office, AntiVir, and Mozila Firefox. Only been surfing Youtube, gmail and university webpage since that.
    Windows updates were also disabled.
