Standard User Restrictions

I want to setup some type of parental control that when a user wants to install software they need to type in a password. How do i set this up?

You can limit user permissions but a password???

UAC already does that for standard user accounts...

Yes, as long as the UAC slider is set properly and the Administrator account is password protected.
