How to remove "Open with..." entries?

The "open with..." Winexplorer context menu contain meanwhile a lot of useless stuff.

I remember a tool for WinXP (only) which let the user remove some of these entries.

How can I do this inside Win7?

Hmm, I did not ask on how to remove the whole "Open with...." menu but some of the entries INSIDE the "Open with ..." menu e.g. "Paint", "Windows Photo Viewer".....

So are there any other suggestions?
