    Big Problem

Hey guys, thought I'd jump on here and try to ask this in the best way I can.

A few months ago, I installed a custom Token Icon pack from DeviantArt. I also installed a custom start orb, shell, and theme. At the present moment I want to reset all these back to the basic windows 7 without loosing all my installed programs, files, etc. by doing a system backup.

Is there any way to do this?

This is one way. Maybe someone will have a simple way other than this.

Try doing a RESTORE back to where it was working when you didn't have Token Icon pack.

Well, doing a restore would remove a ton of software that I would really like to keep. I don't know if that's an option at this point.

Also, my system didn't come with a Windows 7 disk. I don't know why dell didn't send one.

Revo Uninstaller Pro - Uninstall Software, Remove Programs easily

Use Revo uninstaller and remove programs you don't want anymore or use.

That's not what I want to do. I want to keep all the software that I've installed, but just remove the icon pack, extra themes, and start button I've changed.

Try this:SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

SFC will repair modified system files

You can normally restore the Aero theme of your choice by rightclicking the Desktop>Personalize>Choose Aero theme.

If that won't work then the mods need purging by SFC if the modder didn't provide an uninstaller.

You can manually remove themes from C:\Windows\Resources\Themes also.
