Embedding or attaching a screen snippet to a message.

Hi

I'm new to Sevenforums and I have a couple of queries.

1. I'm trying to embed or attach a screen snippet in a posting. This is what I get:

Embedding or attaching a screen snippet to a message.-capture.jpg

Embedding or attaching a screen snippet to a message.-capture.png

2. How do I make my posting headings bold?
