Disable SuperFetch if SSD?

    I find leaving it enabled helps overall performance a bit regardless.
    Afterall, no matter how fast a SSd is, its still not as fast as RAM.

    Did you happen to notice that the article also mentions that Win 7 turns off defrag also where applicable?

    I was glad to see the article because the article lends "official" support on the matters of superfetch and defrag.

    My install did turn both off.

    Well, it did exactly turn off defrag completely.
    It, just removed the SSDs from it and left the spinning drives on auto.
