Hi ricksterh7, welcome to the forums.

As far as phone drives go, when it's plugged in try using Windows Update to see if anything appears. You may need to run the PC studio install in compatability mode for Vista (right-click then properties)

You need to download your Audio drivers for with windows 7, or even use some vista drivers. As you did not list what soundcard you have, we can not help.

Hey Ricksterh7, welcome to the forums, and the Future!

You definitely need to fill in your specs, and install your audio drives. Seven has a great database already, but it does not have everything.

For the phone, did it work on Vista?
