Imported folders and data are missing in window live mail

I've almost given up on trying to install Windows Mail (WM) on my new Windows7 laoptop.

I am really having a horrible time trying to recover/import my WM data from Vista, into Windows Live Mail (WLM).

First, when I run the Import function on WLM, I can see my 20K+ emails all being imported, however, these don't seem to be displayed anywhere. What am I missing??

I am most concerned with the folders and sub-folders I created in WM, because WLM has a completely different format that separates each email account. So I can't exactly understand how the emails in the folders will be distributed.

btw, the imported data is NOT in the 'Storage Folders'. Please help!!

Try expanding the tree in the left panel.
Click on the little arrows on the left, to exapand tree.

Nope, I've expanded each email account and they are just not there. Nothing under "All inbox, All item sent" etc.

If I made FOLDERS in Window Mail, and transferred emails into them, how should I expect them to appear in Windows Live Mail?? WLM is on a different interface, separated by each email account, WM was nothing like that.

I thought that there would be a box at the end of the tree with all the transferred mail.
