    I last seen it when I setup my computer.
    The reason I need it is because I find a lot of stuff I try to get into is refused because of Administrator rights.
    I am the only one using the computer so I thought I would be the Administrator.
    So I have been told I need my user password to get into some program to get administrator rights.
