    Forbidden error


    I keep getting this error...what does it mean????

    Forbidden

    You don't have permission to access /forums/index.php on this server.

    Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    Just checked, and got the following:

    Windows7Center said:
    Forbidden

    You don't have permission to access / on this server.
    Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
    It could be that they're having problems. The only thing I could think of is to keep trying.

Trying to access a website belonging to a known ski club, I get a message saying "403 Forbidden. You are not allowed to access this page. Possble problems" I am using WIndows 7 with Windows Security and the security level is set at medium. Is there a workaround to designate a safe website...
