Hi, I'm a newcomer

I signed up for this because I am having serious difficulties with my laptop...all of a sudden it has started doing strange things. For instance, when I go to name a new file after clicking "save as" it scrolls through files starting with the same letter. If I click it will stop on a file name but not allow me to edit that file name.

Drop down menus on the Internet won't work. I get a very quick flash of what is contained in the drop down menu but it won't "drop down". I tried to install a malware program but it won't allow me to choose English as the language of preference, it always defaults back to the first language in the list.

I am running Windows 7 on a Toshiba Staellite 8500 laptop. I did not have this issue until about one week ago. The only software that has been installed circa the time this issue began relates to an ATT aircard.

I tried to print a document as a PDF and it will only allow "Send to One Note." I need help!

You need to install your printer - printing to Send to OneNote goes to the OneNote program and doesn't print.
