    Here is where it tells you about receiving green pips and medals.
    Go to top of this page where you see User CP/Edit Sig/ then look at bottom of page to upload a sig. New members are limited to 650 x 100 pixels...I think..

    Welcome to Seven Forums amir tava. Since you have no reputation, you are limited to 600x100 or ~150kb for your signature. Make sure your dimensions are correct. If they are post in the Customizations> Signature and avatar thread, and we will assist you. A Guy
