language bar disappeared

First of all I hope this is the right forum to post since this is my first post here
well the problem is my language bar disappeared suddenly and isn't coming back. I mean it was there and I was using it since installing the windows. but one day just poof, it's gone. and no matter what options do I change in the control panel/text services and input languages, language bar tab it changes nothing.
BTW I have no problem switching between languages by the hotkeys and don't need the language bar to do it. But I'm just wondering where it's gone?

thanks zigzag. the main article didn't work. but I searched for ctfmon.exe in the system and just double clicked it and the language bar reappeared.
