Trouble with some hotkeys (?) not working...

Things like my ctrl-alt-del, alt-tab, alt-f4, and my scroll lock key won't work. I think it's probably something stupid I did on accident, but can't figure out how to get them back. I've tried rebooting. Any suggestions?

    Thanks for your help!

    hi :)
what keyboard are you using? have you tried un-plugging keyboard (usb/ps2) and rebooting then re-plugging keyboard? using different usb port if using usb plug ?

    un-install driver
    1. in start menu search box type keyboard
    2. in the results under control panel click keyboard
    3. in the window that opens click on the hardware tab
    4. click properties
    5. in next window click on driver
    6. click on uninstall
    7. in the warning box click ok
    8. re-boot pc
    9. let windows re-install driver
