joining 2 partitions

How can I join 2 partitions in windows 7 . Both of them are 10 GB.

Depends how they are positioned and what is on them.

If you post a screenshot of Disk Management it will help.

Execuse me . How can I upload a picture ? Any way one of them is C: containing the windows data and the other containg user data is D:

I could be wrong, but I doubt Windows has the tool to do it.

Other software can, such as Acronis Disk Director.
