    • Download random's system information tool Download RSIT by random/random
    • It is important that is saved to your desktop.
    • Double click on RSIT.exe to run RSIT.
    • Click Continue at the disclaimer screen.
    • Once it has finished, two logs will open. Please post the contents of both log.txt (<<will be maximized) and info.txt (<<will be minimized)

Geesh...you had quite a collection going there, buddy. Looks like you seriously need to adapt your browsing habits
Said dll wasn't part of it but run MBAM again and get rid of the entries with "PUP.WhiteSmoke"

And please post the HijackThis log I wouldn't feel too comfortable sending you on a "treasure hunt" through the registry.
BTW Did you ever run autoruns
If you find your DLL reference in there we could disable it from there. Just don't go clicking around there...find the DLL uncheck the box in front of it and close the program, reboot and see if you still get that message

    -DG
Edit...OK the message is gone.. GOOD !! but still run MBAM again and from now on run it on a daily base just to make sure there is not a hidden dropper anywhere (and of course update the scan strings every day too)
