    Autoplay


    Hello all, I have run into a recent problem involving Windows 7 Autoplay. Anytime I attempt to run Autoplay, the window will show up for a few seconds then automatically close by itself. I just recently completely restored my computer and haven't been able to find a solution to this problem. Any and all help is appreciated, thank you!

    That still didn't work for me. I apologize if I wasn't clear, I would like autoplay to run for me.

When I first start the computer, autoplay screen comes up for a flash drive and backup harddrive I have plugged into usb ports. I went into autoplay in control panel but nothing is listed for usb ports? How do you set it so the autoplay screen doesn't appear at startup? Thanks

Sometimes when I start up my computer, my external hard drives (two of the three I have) decide to autoplay and I have to keep closing the windows that pop up. I have tried altering the autoplay options but it doesn't help. What's going on and how do I stop it? D

Noticed under the Autoplay options that Windows Media Center is not an option, only Windows Media Player.
