Help! There's line came up when I open my laptop

There's line came up when I open my laptop.

My desktop being like this every time I connect the adapter to my laptop. Most of the times it happens when I leave a program or folder opened for a long time. This including when I'm browsing internet too.

It goes this way. Is there any way to fix it??

    My system is W7 Ultimate 32bit, HPG42

Please kindly help. It happens for already like a week. YY

    Hi,

You've posted an image of your TaskManager - that doesn't tell us anything about temperature. Follow youanvistas advice above.

You could try a free program called Speccy - get it here : http://www.piriform.com/speccy

Click the "Sensors" tab next to "Graphics card" in your GPU-Z picture. Then post a Snip with Sensors tab showing.

This thing happens when I connect my laptop to the adapter. It's looking fine when I'm staying with only battery. What do you think? Is there something to do with the adapter?

Thank you for all your help guys! I really appreciate your replies.

Is it only in Office that this happens? WHere else? Screenshots?

Try Updating your Display adapter, or try reinstalling. Uninstall in Device Manager then restart to reinstall.
