It ain't no shame to be old, but it sure is an inconvenience sometimes.

Use your Win7 Installation DVD Repair console, or Repair CD. Repair CD - System Repair Disk

The Repair My Computer console is also sometimes place on F8 Advanced Boot Tools menu accessed by tapping F8 at bootup. Your Dell should have it there.

Boot Repair, click through to Recovery Tools list to select System Restore, choose Restore Point before you made the changes.

If this fails, copy out your data using DVD/Repair CD: Copy & Paste - in Windows Recovery Console

If necessary, Run full Factory Recovery which can also copy out your data for you:

You might try to boot in "Safe Mode" before trying a "Repair"

Shut your computer down.

Turn it one and hold the F8 key down until you get to a screen with a number of options. Move the cursor to "Safe Mode Without Networking" strike the "Enter" key and see what happens.

If you get to the Desktop then go to "Start" and type in "User Accounts". Select "Add or Remove User Accounts" and add whatever accounts you want

Good luck
